HireArthur LLC provides freelance software development, SaaS application development, automation systems, and related technology consulting services. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis under separate agreements between the Company and the client.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership and licensing terms are defined in the individual project agreement between the Company and the client.
Any project engagement is subject to a separate written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. These Terms of Service do not constitute a service agreement.
Payment terms, rates, and schedules are established in individual project agreements. The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate work on any project with outstanding payments past the agreed-upon terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireArthur LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or engagement of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We treat all client information as confidential. Case studies and portfolio examples on the Site are shared with client permission or presented in anonymized form. Specific methodologies, strategies, and proprietary processes described on this Site remain the intellectual property of HireArthur LLC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
